At HEYBIJOU, we aim to create jewelry that is as precious and beautiful as the memories it represents. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or not as expected, please let us know and we will do our best to recreate it to your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, new and unworn items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry, however, can only be returned for exchange or store credit. If the warranty time has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you have not received your refund yet, please check with your bank, or credit card company, and contact us at info@heybijou.com.

For exchanges, you must return the original item before we can send a new one to production. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@heybijou.com and attaching a clear image of the damage.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order before the item has shipped. After that, we can only offer exchange or store credit. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive the request.

To return your product, please mail it to Rm 305, F3 of Chuangyinghui Bld, N0. 57 of Xinjie Avenue, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, 510812. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
