1. How do I place my order?

To place your order, simply select the color of the name necklace that you want, leave us a message with your name, and make the payment. Once we receive your order, we’ll process your loved jewelry and make the shipment within 12 days.

2. Can I customize the font, the length of the chain, and other symbols?

Yes, you can. In this case, please email us your request in detail to info@heybijou.com after you submit the order. We’ll take care of your request and process as per what you need.

3. What will I get if I have no further requests except the name?

If you have no further requests for customization, we’ll contact you with the drawing in default specifications as below in 24 hours to confirm. If we’re not able to get your confirmation within 48 hours, we’ll process the order as per the drawing that we sent you directly.

Below are the other specifications of our products in default：

• Name thickness: 2mm
• Necklace length: 45+5cm without the name
• Bracelet length: 15+5cm without the name
• Foot chain length: 20+5cm without the name
• Bangle length: 19cm includes the name
• Ring size: 7# includes the name
• Default chain type: O-shaped chain
• Default font: EdwardEdwin W00 Bold(F1)

4. What other fonts do you have?

Below are the fonts that are available for custom orders. If you need your name in another font, please send us the Font File Package and we’ll process it accordingly.

5. Which symbols are available for my custom name jewelry?

There are 12 symbols available to be added to your custom name jewelry.

6. Can I get the other length of the chain?

Yes, you can. Below is the reference photo with the different lengths of the chain. You can pick it up accordingly. Since different heights and weights of a person will have a different wearing effect, you can also get a rope with a length of the right position that you want, measure it, and send it to us.

7. How do I take care of my jewelry?

Wearing jewelry is the best way to show off your personality, and make a difference. To maintain our jewelry for a longer-lasting life, please make sure to take care of it according to the below guide.

-Avoid contact with chemicals

-Do not wear it in the shower

-Avoid hard objects

-Do not wear it when sweating a lot

-Put the desiccant when stored alone

-Clean it with a soft cloth

-Put it in the jewelry box for storage

-Prepare multiple pieces in summer alternately
